    Hi,
I have been having a strong urine smell since February. I get pain under my left rib cage and in my back. I have a history of kidney stones. So thinking maybe they were back after 10 years. I had my dr do a urine test. It came back > 100, 000 CFU/ML for EColi.  I haven’t spoken with my dr yet. But from what I am reading this is positive for a UTI. What do you  recommend to clear this up. I really don’t want to take antibiotics.
    thank you!

Hi – I just recently shared a post in our community about UTIs in the “Daily Tips” space. The combination of D-Mannose and Uva Ursi is very powerful for E.coli. I share some tips about diet too. You can find the post here.

This protocol has helped me and countless clients, family and friends. Hopefully it helps you too!

Question B, I’ve read up on Uva Ursi and wondering why they state to only use it for a week to 14 days?
I know your protocol only states about 4 days? But what about for people that may be a little more sensitive , like myself? Start low and slow?

it’s a strong anti-microbial so it’s not advised to be taking it  preventatively like d-mannose for example as it will disrupt the gut microbiome if taken longer term.

For sensitive individuals, yes, a low and slow approach over 3 days is always a safer bet.
