Sparkling water – yay or nay?
Sooooo I know all about hydration…well, basically that we have to do it and are probably falling short of what we should be giving our bodies. Butttt, what’s the take on sparkling water. Too much fluoride? Unnatural? Causes bloating? Would love to know if I need to stop chugging my san pelligrinossss and perriers! x SS
