    Hi everyone!

I thought it would be nice to share with each other what type of sites/podcasts/youtube channels inspire you and why.

    • For example, I love the interviews with dr. Carrie Jones on Rupa Health because her advice is practical & tactical and I find her funny.
    • I like the Peter Attia podcast ‘The Drive’ because I think he is very thorough in his interviewing questions.
    • Obviously, I like this platform because it is very practical and it offers options to ask personal questions in a safe environment.
What sources inspire you and do you feel other people should know about?

Hello, I follow Shawn Stevenson and his interviews. Love them.
I really like this book as well recently – Giuliano Enders: GUT. Amazing language used, such an easy, interesting, funny and informative book.
Obviously this platform as well 🙂

I love Dr Amen’s Instagram page. His mini reels are very informative. I was introduced to him by B when she posted about her visit.

I also like Vani Hari “thefoodbabe” Instagram page. I repost a lot of her posts because they are eye openers on the yucky ingredients that dominate the US Food market.
