BreakfastQuinoa Porridge
5tablespoon of quinoa grains soaked overnight using bottled mineral water. In the morning, I rinse the grains using tap water and then in a pain soften the grains using fresh bottled mineral water. I also add either rocket leaves or corriander leaves and grated ginger. Afterwards, I add rude health organic coconut milk and further cook the quinoa. Once cooked, I add 1/2 teaspoon of PHGG and 1/3 teaspoon ghee and blend. The porridge ends up like a creamy texture.I have the same in the evening. It very soothing on the stomach but wondering whether having daily and twice a daily could be causing the bloating. Either due to gastroparesis or fermentation.
Lunch
Soup which can be made from:Courgettes, white potatato, carrots and pak choi , boiled in water and blended. Himalayan Pink salt and tumeric is used.

I have the soup with steamed fish which can be hake or cod.
I really need advise on my diet as it’s restrictive due to food fear and secondly due to gastroperisis struggling to have solid food such as chicken even though it’s boiled.
