PMS
OK so I usually get really bad PMS emotionally and cramps wise. And there is no way on my 1st and even 2nd day sometimes, I’d work out. Did not get emotional or even notice I was getting my period. Managed to work out just fine throughout.I do think this is mainly because I’ve been eating clean/at home + sleeping a minimum of 6-8 hours + phone away at night and wifi off. Have to try the home wifi off too but yes this already has improved something and so I’m really happy.
