To answer your question about psyllium husk, yes you can mix it with flaxseeds and add it to your smoothie. Metabolic Maintenance has a good one that is available in the B Better supplement dispensary.
BUT – if constipation is at play, I would not recommend doing that since both of those are high in SOLUBLE fiber which SLOW down transit time.
