I’m trying to find your post on Instagram and on here about which cookware is best. I just bought pots and pans made of ceramic and titanium. I want to make sure they’re safe. They say they are PTFE free, PFOS free, and PFOA free. Thank you.

I’ve discussed it in my stories a few times and saved it to my highlights under “Low Tox Living” but we can definitely work on a more concise article for you. Will line one up…

My favorite cookware is 100% pure ceramic by Xtrema. I’ve had my set for over 10 years and they still look brand new. The biggest downside is how fragile they can be. They can crack if dropped or knocked hard. Plus they’re heavy. But they are resilient to heat and cold and do not leach any metals.

If you’re looking for ceramic coated, I prefer GreenPan because it’s PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium free. I wouldn’t want titanium metal. Stainless steel 18/10 (which stands for 18% chromium / 10% nickel) is another option to 100% pure ceramic.

    What brand did you get?

Ok, great. I bought the set from Costco… Gotham Steel Pro 8-Piece Non-Stick Cookware Set… I’ll return it if I have to…
