The holidays can really knock us off routine but despite that, what’s 1 thing you’re really proud of that is getting you closer to your health goals?

Did you start watching a course?
Did you start adding in more vegetables?
Did you start a morning routine?
    Are you practicing sleep hygiene?
Did you make any health swaps and noticed a difference?

    Here’s my win:

Despite having a house full of visitors, I maintained my morning routine of getting morning sunrise and grounding daily. And in fact, by doing so in front of my guests, they often joined me too (while lovingly making fun of me) and said they actually slept better. I did too!

Would love to hear your wins! Big or small!

    And started reading again
A not so good 22 ended on a great note. For that I am grateful

    Yes, tooth is fine.
I just finished November 9 by Colleen Hoover, I needed an easy read for the soul over the holidays
Waiting for ‘The Child in You’ and ‘How to meet yourself’ to arrive.

    1) Started watching the B Better Videos 2) Reduced workouts to 5 times per week instead of 7. 3) Less Foods made from Flour (Even Gluten free).. (Loved this tip from your Blood sugar course)… 4) Intuitive eating 5) Eating when I feel like it not forcing myself to eat and not snacking…

love all of these changes you’re making! Reducing workout frequency and intensity is usually a missing piece for many. So many people believe it’s “no pain, no gain” but in reality exercise that doesn’t match a person’s adrenal health status can be adding fuel to a fire!

I look forward to following your health journey…
