  Hi B.

  Is there a B. Better app?

  I can’t see it in Google’s playstore or Apple store.

  Hi  – We recently added a mobile friendly feature called a progressive web app (PWA) which looks and behaves like a mobile app but without the need to visit an app store, make a purchase or download software locally. However, members do need to add it to their home screen in order for it to appear as an app (see images below).

  However, it seems to have caused some issues. We’ve contacted the technical support team as there seems to be an issue accessing the membership dashboard, but we are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and  will make an announcement as soon as it’s ready for use!

   hello.

  I see. This setup is on the PC. The screenshot I sent across to you was from my mobile phone. I thought I missed installing a mobile app. Ideally, I would like a mobile app for convenience.

  that’s what the PWA feature will allow but there seems to be a glitch that we’re looking into
