Questions regarding endometriosis
Hello, my diet is vegan and I try to stick to anti inflammatory food as much as possible. I don’t do sugar at all if I need a sweetener I use date sugar or coconut sugar. I am a nurse in a prison so the stress level is sometimes high. I workout 5 days a week with weights and I am a runner. I run marathons. I have pain 24/7. Running doesn’t cause more pain. The pain is like stabbing and cramping and intense pain. The endometriosis has now caused me to have cyclic vomiting monthly now. I am trying to figure out how to stop that but last MRI I had done the endometriosis is on my spleen, rectum and lower intestines as well as my ovaries and uterus so it is spreading. Let me know if you have any suggestions please.
