  Dry Brushing

  Hi B. And Daniel,

  I’d like to try dry brushing, but worried about doing it incorrectly after watching on YouTube.

  Is there a simple standard way that you know of?

  Also, I just need a dry brush?

  Hi  yes, all you need is a dry brush. Here’s the dry brush that I have and really enjoy. It also comes with an insert with a visual reference of how to dry brush (which I’ve attached below).
