Dear B, I decided to cleanse the liver in a correct way. I thought about several ways to clean the house and personal care so I live in a healthy environment. Can you help me learn correct methods such as changing materials with materials that do not harm and have a good effect and correct methods of hair removal. Recently, my sister has appeared pigmentation after laser hair removal. Is this because of the chemicals?

Hi  – have you gone through the Air & Skin pillar inside the Beginner’s Health Roadmap course? It’s a great starting point for cleaning up our living environment.

We also had 2 guest experts talking about environmental health; a toxicologist and building biologist.

You can find those recordings here:
    • Simple steps to detoxify your personal care products
    • EMF mitigation and non-toxic products for a healthier home

We also have a few handouts you can read:
    • Reducing exposure to common toxic elements
    • Toxin avoidance

    Hope these help!

Hello dear, I would like to replace face care creams with natural products, but my skin is very sensitive. What do you recommend?

do you have a specific type of product in mind? Like moisturizers, cleansers, toners, serums, retinol, etc?

I personally love and use the Odacite line of products as well as NakedPoppy’s day and night serums/retinol. B Better members get 15% off NakedPoppy (code BEBETTER15) which is a marketplace for clean/vetted products and makeup. They are located in the US, so a mail forwarding company is needed to redirect the products to Dubai.

You can also take a look at our Brands We Love handout which shares some of my favorite products and discount codes.
