Hi
– for now as rapid relief, have you tried rehydrating with electrolytes (ex. Humantra or sole) or coconut water in case of dehydration?Do you know your current iron/ferritin levels? What is your diet like these days? Vegan or do you consume animal proteins?

thank you very much . I just had the salt . I also felt my blood sugar was low as I did infrared sauna yesterday. My doctor has suggested the following tests and wanted to ask for your view on it please . Thank you :

I’m vegan but I’ve been feeling that I need to supplement as I’ve been feeling tired and working out has been a challenge

These blood tests :

Iron Deficiency
eGFR
Clotting Profile

I would ask to add fasting insulin as well as ferritin if it’s not already included in the iron deficiency panel but I would particularly interested in seeing a full iron panel since you eat a vegan diet.
It consists of:
Total iron
Ferritin
TIBC
% saturation -
did the sole help at all? Does the dizziness get better with food?

thank you so much . I’ll ask the lab to include those too. Which day during or after the cycle would you suggest for the blood tests please?

I had quinoa with some Organic maple syrup and Himalayan salt and immediately felt better . The dizziness is still present if I try to bend . I’m having more fluids and salt now too

wait at least 2 weeks after your period for iron testing. Do everything on a 12-hour overnight fast, only water allowed. Go in on a day that you’re not stressed or in a rush as it will impact fasting glucose.
And ask them to change it from random glucose to fasting glucose along with fasting insulin and HbA1c.

I’m also hypersensitivity to noise right now . Not so sure how it might connect
