Possible causes of dry sensation in mouth
Hi. Any possible causes of dry sensation in mouth? (Tongue and inner cheek and inner lips). The mouth has saliva donuts not dry mouth literally.
The sensation is similar to eleven you eat unripe persimmon or unripe fresh dates fruit.
Any link with hormones? -

Hi I noticed that you asked about a cracked tongue in a previous post. Is this for the same person?

I answered yesterday and now I see my answer is gone yes same person my sister and we thought it’s her moisturising eye drops but she’s not using them anymore. The crack is one small on left side but could be injury as this is the side she bites it by mistake.

Anyone has a clue of what could be happening? She said when she wakes up the mouth is dry and for example she has to move lips and tongue to get saliva between lips and gum but then no problem with saliva during the day only the roughness and dryness feeling.
