  Hi B and Team. What’s the difference between magnesium glycinate and magnesium bisglycinate?

  Hey ,

  There is no difference! Officially there are 2 glycinate molecules attached to magnesium and therefore it’s called magnesium bisglycinate.

  But the name is also shortened to magnesium glycinate.
