Minerals & Stomach Acid
Hi B
In the Gut Health Masterclass under Causes of low stomach acid you mention the intake of ‘several and a lot’ minerals as 1 cause.
For someone who struggles with low stomach acid due to use of PPI’s in the past, an H-Pylori infection in the past and an ongoing sluggish thyroid, I do take HCL with Pepsin with my meals to support protein digestion.
I, however, also take minerals. In the morning it’s my warm water with sole and lemon. And I add few drops of ConcenTrace Trace Minerals to my water when I workout.
And let’s not forget the other Thyroid supporting minerals I take daily such as Zinc, Selenium, Iodine. Which I will have checked this months to see where my levels are at.
So my question is, is that considered as ‘several and a lot’?
