Chalazion Surgery – Recovery after Antibiotics
I recently had a Chalazion eye surgery for this Stye/Cyst that keeps popping up.
This my second surgery on it now. My Dr gave me – Antibiotics this time called amoxicillin/potassium clavulanate
875 mg-125 mg
Tablet
Blister Pack (14 tablet) 1 Tablet
for 7 Days
I am worried about the good bacteria and after this protocol of Antibiotics
What can I do to heal my body from the Antibiotics ? what probiotics do you recommend I can take or foods to incorporate ?
Or Supplements ?
Should it be taken after antibiotics or during the course of the antibiotics

Thank you so much. It was so hard to get the products. I never used Full Script. Are there places in Dubai I can get these probiotics? Thank you so much. I wish there is one place I can get them from.

I just ordered them from Desert Cart – I already started Antiobiotics but I hope I can still take them after it and heal my Gut… Until I receive these products next week – is it possible to find something these 2 days in Dubai in a store to help while taking my antibiotics? — I cannot thank you enough…I found all the protocol on desert card but many will arrive Post april 19th..

@Sara Unfortunately not. That’s why I keep a small supply of these supplements as part of my medicine cabinet “just in case”, but I order them through Fullscript which takes about 2 weeks to arrive using a mail forwarding address. @Sara you may be able to find S Boulardii at a local pharmacy. And I know a supplier for Microbiome Labs (and other biohacking supplements) – they’re called B. Health (although it’s my brand name B., I’m not involved )
