Hi everyone! My name is Nathalie and I’ve recently discovered a passion for the health & wellness industry. I have 2 young kids and I am hoping to learn as much as possible to be able to live a healthier life and teach them everything I know, with the hope of raising a new generation that is more aware and makes conscious decisions when it comes to nutrition.
I had gestational diabetes with both pregnancies and I am so grateful it opened my eyes to this new world – a blessing in disguise! ✨
