  Hi B.

  Looking forward to meeting Dr. Ben Lynch. I have some questions in case I can’t make it.

  1. Which folate supplement does he recommend as my consultant has prescribed folic acid due to be being low in folate.

  2. Can you over dose on B12 (B12 toxicity) as I have been advised to self inject B12 alternate days for 3 months due to having focal atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia.

  3. Can Thiamin can help with gastroperisis. Is Dr. Lynch aware of this and which form would he recommend.

  4. I have leakygut and therefore histamine intolerance. I am taking Lactobacillus and Bifidio blend and spore based antibiotic. I will introduce sacchromyces-boulardii-probiotic too. Alternatively, should I be taking his probiotic due to the histamine intolerance?
