Struggling to poop? Try adding this exercise to your workout!
Are you experiencing constipation? Exercise is a powerful and extremely underestimated tool to stimulate bowel movements. And the good news? It’s free!I have noticed the effect of exercise on bowel movements when I was travelling because now and then I get constipated from eating in different countries.
Cardio, yoga, pelvic floor exercises, there are a lot of ways to go.
Adding in core exercises is also a great way!
Most people don’t know how to perform core exercises correctly. And unfortunately, I see a lot of personal trainers not giving the right instructions.
In the video below I will explain how to use your abdominal muscles through the exercise that is done most often to train the abdominal muscles.
How to perform a crunch correctly
Below I made a 3-minute video in which I show how to perform a crunch correctly. For increasing motility, you can add this exercise to your workout regime. Try to make 3 sets and try to perform as many as you can.If you follow my instructions for my variation of a crunch, you might not perform as many as you used to, but you will create a lot of movement in the organ area, which in my opinion is key!
