  Direct Messaging is here!

  Hi Everyone!

  Big announcement – you can now send and received direct messages (DMs) here in Circle!  With DMs, you can reach out and connect with fellow B Better members on a more personal level.

  While this feature is available to everyone, it has come to our attention that some of you may have it turned off in your profile.  If you do NOT see direct messages as an option on the left-hand bar (under “Home, Notifications, etc”) then please do the following:

  • Click on your profile on the bottom left side of Circle
  • Select EDIT PROFILE
  • On the next screen, scroll all the way to the bottom
  • Where it says “Prevent members from messaging me” make sure to toggle left/turn it off.

  

  

  

  • Click SAVE CHANGES and then return to the main screen.

  
  Once you are there, you should see Direct Messages!

  I just checked, and mine was off already! Maybe someone can send me a direct message now pls to check

   nope – you’re still not showing up for me. I can’t send you a DM. You sure you’ve toggled “prevent members from messaging me” off and then hit save?
