I had recommended Digestion GB by Pure Encapsulations first and foremost since it has a combination of digestive enzymes that will help break down your food better without stimulating stomach acid production, and some liver/gallbladder support with taurine, ox bile (bovine), and milk thistle. The taurine and ox bile may help stimulate motility as well, so this would be my first trial option.

If it does not suit you however, then an enzyme-only formula might be a better option. Gas Stop by Renew Life & Digest Spectrum by Enzymedica are purely enzyme formulas that will help break down your food better. Those with SIBO often do well with Gas Stop since it also has fennel to help relieve gas & bloat in addition to enzymes. But Digest Spectrum is also an excellent digestive enzyme for those with many food intolerances.

The Gas & Bloat by Gaia Herbs is for symptom relief when you’re really suffering. It contains carminative herbs like fennel, chamomile, and peppermint plus activated charcoal. Because of the charcoal, it should be taken away from food and supplements or else it can bind to minerals from food as well.
