I just want to take a minute to acknowledge our B Better members and my team here at B Better for being so amazing! I feel blessed to have this incredible community and cannot wait to share all the new and exciting things we have planned for you all in 2023!!

Hello! I would love to educate myself about kids gut health or healthy eating.. How they have different (or the same) requirements as adults. Small kids, teens etc… 🙂
-
Would love tips on dealing with mold issues and ways to release tension/emotion in the body
And if applicable – would love to learn some helpful tips on dog health loll!
-
haha, I guess you saw my story today – if you love to read, get the book “The Forever Dog”. I’m currently reading it and plan on switching my dog over to a more whole foods diet instead of kibble. She’s currently on a grain-free kibble diet (Taste of the Wild), but I’m sure I could be doing much better for her. I will for sure share my top tips.
All great topic suggestions and I’ve noted them all down.
By the way, I will be filming and releasing a mold course in February and in April, mold expert (and my teacher) Dr. Jill Crista will be joining us as our guest expert to answer live Q&A’s. So lots more on mold coming up in B Better soon!
And I also have something planned for emotional release with David Manning. It’s going to be a public paid event most likely, but my goal is to give free access to B Better members!
Lots more exciting projects & upgrades for B Better in the pipeline for 2023 too… can’t wait to share.

• Also from your list: your supplement regime 🙂And generally more supplement education. What can be taken without testing – what requires testing, etc…
• Hair & nail health. Also bone and joint health
• For those that exercise: understanding protein shakes, muscle recovery & electrolyte supplementation, etc…Thank you!

Thank you! Happy new year to you too! And thank you for your input.
All great topics!
Alzheimer’s and Dementia is a really interesting topic. is there a specific reason you are interested? Does it run in your family & are you trying to avoid it?
If I have time, I will share my supplement regime – but it might not be a ‘quick tip’ article
And yes! I love to write about exercise-supporting supplements! I will put it on the list, thank you!

Hi Daniel and B,
Thanks for all your hard work and support! I would love to see a course on preconception and pregnancy (for both men and women), if possible. I know it may not be applicable to everyone.
I’m also really excited to dive into this month’s course. What topic is it gonna be on?
-
I’m actually well versed in this subject and have it on my future list of courses to film. Glad to know there’s interest. I will consider it sooner rather than later.
And this month’s course will be a continuation to the thyroid course but a focus on adrenal health.
-
– its just an unknown world to many – we observe many people being diagnosed with either or without any proper understanding. Not realizing that actions today will help them avoid it in the future.
Thanks! -
Looking forward to diving into adrenal health and further understanding adrenal fatigue. Thanks!
-
that’s what I’m busy with this week!! Stay tuned for that soon…

Would love a guide on how to mix supplements! I often wonder if certain supplements shouldn’t be taken together, or if timing matters, etc.
-
great question and topic. I actually just replied to your other post and shared a handout that we have for supplements that I feel might help you. Here it is again (When to take supplements) and here’s another supplement resource that you might find useful as well (Supplement Resource and Tips). Let me know if this is what you’re looking for or if there’s anything else we should add to this resource.
