The holidays can really knock us off routine but despite that, what’s 1 thing you’re really proud of that is getting you closer to your health goals?Did you start watching a course?

Did you make any health swaps and noticed a difference?Here’s my win:
Despite having a house full of visitors, I maintained my morning routine of getting morning sunrise and grounding daily. And in fact, by doing so in front of my guests, they often joined me too (while lovingly making fun of me) and said they actually slept better. I did too!
