Hey ,
With my clients a personally advise them to test MMA in urine because MMA in urine is more concentrated which makes it easier to detect slight elevations. Another reason I prefer MMA testing in urine is that MMA in urine doesn’t degrade as fast as MMA in blood.
It is also less invasive than blood drawn.

cheers. It’s slightly cheaper as well compared to the blood test.
Is it a straight forward test and not involve collecting over a number of days?

The kit has arrived. I can only send the sample next week – Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
Should I stop taking the B complex?

I usually recommend my clients stop at least 2 days before testing to get a baseline level
