    Hi B Better Community!

3 months ago I finally had my 20year old root canal removed! I still have another one
Tooth 19 (large intestine meridian) was removed and NICO on wisdom tooth. All went well…. Until few weeks after I started developing some gut issues on and off. To a point where I recently asked Bernadette to order me a comprehensive stool test. I told her first I would try and “trouble shoot” and by that I thought to myself : do a parasite cleanse!
I finished a 7 days cleanse, and let me tell you: it was very very successful. It was my first cleanse after the removal and honestly it took me few days to realize that there was a big connection! Years of build up bacteria and infections and God knows what all else where a huge burden on my gut (tooth 19).
I know Bernadette always stresses out the importance of gut health and I am forever grateful for that
So basically this is your kind reminder: take care of your gut and do your cleanses, BUT make sure your body is ready for it

congratulations on eliminating those suckers from your body!! Parasites can really wreak havoc on our gut and also emotional state. Did you experience any emotional relief/release after passing parasites? I’ve had clients feel extremely irritated and emotional the days leading up to them passing parasites, and then a sense of relief/release – emotionally afterwards. I’d love to hear if you’ve had any emotional shifts as well.

so 1-2 weeks prior to the cleanse I felt very off, moody, angry, couldn’t be bothered to do anything etc
During the cleanse : 1 day I cried, 1 day I danced and overall sense of relief and happiness and pride. Also, I felt very tired, some days just walking felt like a mountain climb ‍♀️

haha – yup, sounds about right. It’s normal to feel very tired… the immune system is hard at work getting rid of unwanted guests. Happy it went well…

If there were a lot of parasites (and if they were rather large), I usually recommend that my clients repeat 1-3 rounds of parasite cleansing during the monthly full moon week. So 3 days before the full moon and 3 days after the full moon. The parasites should reduce in number/size each month. If they don’t, then the root cause has not yet been found/addressed. FYI

Congratulations, I am loving this story! Improving your gut health is a really big present to yourself and it isn’t always easy to achieve that!

PS: For other members: which cleanse did you do? And do you have any tips you could share with us while preparing and doing a cleanse?

I personally like the Cellcore Para Kit. I did the “intermediate challenge” for 7 days. I have done parasite cleanses before and learnt 2 things the hard way:
    1. Opening up drainage pathways is the most important part to master BEFORE you do a cleanse.
    2. What works for you, won’t necessarily work for me.
This time around I added liver, kidney and lymph support. As well as sauna and coffee enemas.
If you are well prepared in advance with regards to schedule, you can do it during the week. But count in some extra time to not rush yourself, if that makes sense

This is amazing! We’ll done. I’m in the process of a parasite cleaning with ParaSmart. Just reduced allegents so far from my diet and about to increase my dose. I did a 4 weeks detox in JAn but that didn’t eradicate them..

When I read the post I was just surprised how dental issues can be connected to the gut. And makes me ask a question. I’m advised to remove my wisdom teeth(both growing side ways but out of gum) because they can cause issues later, however they are healthy now. Can I cause any damage removing them?? (Eg is there a dental and gut connection)
Sorry if this is a silly question.

Thank you and again was great to read your win Safapour!

not a silly question at all! The mouth is the opening to the gut so it’s extremely important to work on dental and oral health for good gut and overall health. In fact, all of our teeth are connected to different organs in the body through the meridians.

Here’s an image of what that looks like:

I would encourage you to watch the presentation “Gut Health Begins in Your Mouth” with biological dentists Dr. David and Agnes Roze. It was excellent and very insightful!

And I’m not sure if you saw it, but another member recently asked about wisdom teeth removal. You can see that post here and read my reply/experience.

Hope this helps answer your question.
