    we add new content every month so the library has really become rich with content since our launch in July, and we understand that not everyone is going to watch/read everything so we have some exciting changes coming to help our members even more! We’re also partnering with many more health conscious brands and functional labs to benefit all of you even more. Plus starting in March, we will be introducing B Better Programs targeting specific symptoms like poor sleep, acid reflux, SIBO, etc to better guide our members with more focused action plans.

    And of course – the community platform where you can ask us anything or share anything you’d like!

    We’re shaping B Better based off of our members’ needs so if there’s anything you’d like to see included, please do let us know! I’m glad you’re here.

    I liked your cooperation with me, I listened to some lessons, and I found some questions that baffled me. Honestly, this forum is very informative, and I loved asking if you’re on a diet or agree to a certain protocol.
