You have offered a range of supplements, should I choose one of them? I did not find the same supplements? How do I offer good quality and the appropriate percentage of the case?

it’s always best to know what nutrients you need before supplementing. If you haven’t done any testing, then focus on food therapy. Start by consuming the foods I mentioned in the video “foods for thyroid health” to help bring on board more of those nutrients.

And if you have any thyroid / nutrient markers tested, please share them here so we can guide you better.

If you wish to do some testing, a full thyroid panel includes: TSH, Total T4, Total T3, Free T4, Free T3, Reverse T3, anti-TPO, anti-TG

And since iron, zinc (measure copper as well since they compete with each other), vitamin A, selenium, iodine are key thyroid nutrients – getting these tested too would be a good idea.

Iron, zinc, copper, vitamin A, and selenium can all be measured in blood. Iodine is best done in urine with a “loading” prior. Here’s the video on the best way to test iodine.

Hello, dear, I want to inquire. I will do a thyroid test, so what are the necessary things that I should check? I will stop taking medication for two days and be fasting? That’s it

Hello my dear, I have benefited greatly from the lessons and learned a lot. I will order supplements soon after the results of the tests appear. Thank you very much.

if you’re taking medication, please make sure you check with your doctor if it’s safe for you to stop. If it’s nutritional supplements,  yes, it’s better to stop them for a minimum of 2 days before testing.

Always test in a 12-hour fasting state, first thing in the morning, to help reduce variability on repeat future testing.

In addition to the full thyroid panel (video here with panel markers), you might also want to check thyroid nutrients like iron, ferritin, vitamin A, selenium, and magnesium. Vitamin D also if you haven’t checked it in a while, and RBC zinc since these are immune nutrients to be checked if there are high thyroid antibodies.

I’d encourage you to watch the video I shared above which discusses additional tests to do alongside a thyroid panel (at about the 5min mark), as there can be many factors influencing the thyroid that can be investigated as well.

I know you said you would stop all of your supplements/medications before this test, but what were you taking please? Please list all supplements / medications.

Also, can you please list your top 5 symptoms to help us better analyze the results for you.

I also noticed that the anti-TPO result is still missing. Please let me know when it arrives.

These are the symptoms I’ve been feeling for a long time:
    • feeling cold
    • exhaustion
    • Hair on the face and body
    Weight loss problems
    • Slowing of the heartbeat
    muscle weakness
    • depression
    feeling bloated
    • Extreme exhaustion and fatigue
    • Feeling tired even after a good night’s sleep
    • Cold hands and feet

    my lifestyle:

I wake up several times during the night and when I wake up in the morning I feel tired the whole day.
Right now, I don’t take any medications for stomach acids at all. I only rely on fermented foods.
The eating system is paleo diet currently.
I often feel like craving sugar.

I will repeat the tests after a month and will ask for an examination anti- TPO.
Daniel has asked me to take a supplement to support stomach acid.

    Dear ,
I have written several times but you have not received it. These are the supplements that I have.

Doctor prescribed me medicine and doubled the dose Euthyrox 100 mg.

I did a scan, and I was shocked by what the doctor said that the gland had been dead for more than ten years.
