Hey ,
Welcome to the forum! Since you are new here and we have lots of content I am going to recommend you to read our handout: ‘Your guide to understanding Estrogen’.
Endometriosis is often worsened by estrogen dominance (which is explained in the guide). The guide tells you
• What estrogen dominance is and what symptoms it gives
• What test options help you to understand your female hormone balance
• How to help detoxify estrogen. If you read it and have questions, let us know! You can ask them in the ‘Ask your questions’ area.

Hi – welcome to the tribe! We’re glad you’re here with us and I can empathize with the pain you’re experiencing. I have worked with several clients who suffered from endometriosis (who are also now B Better members) and I can confidently give you hope that you can get better!!
Daniel already shared the guide on estrogen dominance which worsens symptoms of endometriosis, and I’d like to share Dr. Lara Briden’s fairly recent article and her take on it as well. She explains how it is likely that it is a microbial disease that causes inflammation and an immune response that is worsened by estrogen dominance, so working on gut health and supporting immunity is going to be key for you.
Female hormone expert Dr. Carrie Jones was also a guest in B Better and you can also watch her talk on Estrogen Dominance in the “All Call Recordings” which you can find here.
I’d love to help you get started, so if you can please start a post in the “Ask Your Questions” space and give us a general idea about your diet, lifestyle choices, exercise, emotional state/stress level, and top 3-5 symptoms, we can start pointing you in the right direction with more targeted actions steps.
Also, we understand that sharing private information can feel intimidating, so we encourage members to change their profile name and use an alias instead if they prefer to remain anonymous. Here’s a tutorial video showing you how to do that.
Glad you’re here with us, and I look forward to witnessing your progress… ❤️
