Update on Technical Issues for UAE Members
Hello B Better community!This announcement is for our UAE members. We wanted to apologize again for the technical issues you have been experiencing with the B Better library.
We have been in communication with the development team and it has become clear that the issue has something to do with recent changes to the internet laws in the UAE, affecting only those of us in the UAE.
The development team in the US is working with the UAE government to hopefully come to a resolution.
In the meantime, we are suggesting the following 2 solutions as a workaround:
- Access the courses directly in the community platform on Circle. (See screenshot below) We are working hard to transfer all of the course content over to the community platform in Circle, and it should be done by today (March 13 2023).
- Access the library dashboard using a VPN if you have one. This may or may not work but it’s worth trying.
