    Dear Ms. B

my 7 medications are as follow

    1.  sertraline 50 mg once daily for depression
    2. hydroxyzine 25 mg twice daily as needed
    3. gabapentin 100 mg twice a day ( I take both pills at night)
    4. prazosin 2mg once a day at bedtime ( for nightmares)
    5. lipitor 20 mg once a day at bedtime
    6. amoldipine 5mg once daily
    7. b 12 shot once a month
    8. I have also started taking walmart brand complete multivitamin for women over 50
    9. spring valley calcium 600 mg once daily ( recommended by my hand surgeon)
    10. I do also have vitamin d3  10 mcg but my multi vitamin has d3 in it and the% is 125% so I dont know if i should take it.
    11. I do also take Acetaminophen when my hand hurts and i can’t take the pain. I do not take this daily.
I only cook for me and I have been trying to eat more salads, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery  and avacodos.  I don’t know if my mom has the amaglens?  I am just so used to not eating breakfast mainly because I am not up during the morning.

I will start doing your recommendations  with  the 3no’s. and work on getting outside when i first wake up. thank you for choosing me to be your case study , once again I am sorry I was not there.  I will keep watching the video to answer more of your questions.  oh, I have jaw pain because i grind my teeth and my teeth hurt cause I need dentures on the top teeth.  Is everything you talked about in be better? I am also watching all the videos that you set up for me.

thank you for your help and I will keep you posted. I feel very grateful that someone is actually helping me make better choices and not shaming me.

    Sincerely, D

we’re here for you and rooting for you! If you focus on the 3 no’s, add in a different vegetable with every meal, and take the suggested supplements, you’ll really notice a difference within a month. Can’t wait to hear your updates and progress.

If this is the multivitamin that you’re taking, I wouldn’t recommend it since it has synthetic ingredients and artificial colors among other unnecessary preservatives. Don’t waste your money on poor quality supplements. If you’re going to supplement, make sure it counts. I suggested the Pure Genomics UltraVitamin that you can get through Fullscript. This could replace your current MVI, B12 shot and calcium supplements so you’re taking less pills and paying less.
