Hello  – unfortunately this is a very basic set of tests. Also, when were these taken during her cycle as there are hormone levels tested.

However, from this small subset of tests, it seems there is a need for better hydration and her vitamin D can be boosted. Her white blood cell differentials are skewed in a pattern that is often seen where there is some sort of low-grade simmering infection like dysbiosis for example.

Does she have any GI related symptoms as well like gas, bloating, constipation, etc?

Has she ever had a full thyroid panel done? We have an entire course on Thyroid Health which I would encourage you to watch. Here’s the video on what should be included in a thyroid panel, as well as other possible tests to consider since so many factors can affect thyroid function like cortisol and blood sugar status for example.

But let’s take it 1 step at at time… what other information can you share about this woman please? Diet, exercise, stress level, age, top 5 symptoms, medications, supplements, any other diagnosis?

thank you so luch , yes she has a lot lot lot of bloating and every endocrino tells her she has a lot of gas inside ( i think it is SIBO ) . She eat low carb , moderate protein and fat and sometimes  she dont eat anything just because she cant lose weight .

She is training 3 times per week , she is 26 , moderate to high stress , she takes 75mcg T4 , multivitamin,  myoinositol , magnesium.   She has hypothyroidism but not hashimoto and doctors refuse to give her direct t3 ( she has a problem converting t4 to t3 )

giving her T3 is not going to fix the problem either, but it can offer rapid relief to help gain traction and make her feel better while she works on addressing the root cause. Her thyroid is responding appropriately to her environment. Seek another doctor with functional medicine training and consider consulting with thyroid expert Dr. Eric who was our guest expert in B Better.

In the meantime, she should focus on gut health first. If she has SIBO, there is likely a need to support liver/gallbladder and bile production/flow. Bile is antimicrobial and will naturally help keep a more balanced microbiome and prevent SIBO dynamics to occur.
