Hi B. I can’t access the h pylori protocol that is attached under the video.
I didn’t check any course after removing them from the community here. And first one I tried I couldn’t access it.I think having the courses here was much better and easier access imho.

– are you referring to the video on Herbal H Pylori Remedies inside the Gut Health Masterclass? If so, I was able to access it. Please try this link here.
I understand the convenience of having the content here in the community as well, but with the growing number of content in our library, it will become very difficult to properly search for information. That’s why after we resolved the technical glitch, we decided to keep the forum a place for engagement and community support, and the content in the library dashboard.
Hopefully next week we will be announcing a new exciting change to the layout of the content in your library dashboard. It will be much easier to navigate and find the many different resources. I hope you will love it!

any additional resources mentioned in the videos will be below the video and/or to the right under “Files”. Dr. Devlin’s protocol is located there on the right side if you’re on your computer.
If you’re accessing the content from your phone, the attached files will be located on the bottom of the screen. You’ll see a file folder with an arrow in the middle of it. If you click that, you’ll be able to see the protocol that’s attached.

in the protocols I don’t see “h pylori”. I saw it and still can see it when I accessed the B membership website but not inside the link you sent me. I installed the app btw. Check the attached pics, screenshots for what inside the protocols section in the app.

I don’t see “troubleshooting gut health” in the protocols section

“troubleshooting gut health” is inside the Gut Health Masterclass course. It’s not in the Protocols section. But I will go ahead and create an H Pylori protocol as well in “Protocols” for May’s release if that helps.

it’s there between Gut Healing Therapies and Stomach Acid Support. It’s called “Herbal H Pylori Remedies”. Am I not understanding your question?

you said the H pylori protocol is in the Gut health masterclass. In the website it’s not. It was in the Protocols under “discount and resources” and now it’s not.
Anyway. The file under the video to access the herbal remedies isn’t opening (see attached picture)

I could access this one already from first try but the first file I still can’t. I’ll attach the picture

the first file that you’re pointing to is the audio file. You can see the extension is .mp3

I’m clicking on it and it doesn’t open. The second file which is the protocol of Dr Sean Devlin it opens and there is the silver protocol. But I want to see the 42 herbal remedies and not able to open this one

I’m sorry for all the confusion. The “42” is simply the file name to the audio file of the video recording. It’s the 42nd file in the Gut Health Masterclass course. If you watch the video, that’s the information you’ll find in that audio file.
If you’re clicking that file from your computer, a new page will open up and it should play automatically. If you’re clicking it from your phone, you’ll need to click the small arrow down for it to download to your phone, then you’ll need to click on your downloaded files to play it.
I was able to open the audio file on both devices, so if it’s still not working for you, please let me know how you’re trying to access the audio file (phone or pc) and which version you have so I can have tech support look into it for you.

ok I’ll wait then. Actually the main video was opening but the files underneath I couldn’t open the first one. I have iPhone 14 pro max
