  Matula Tea

  Hi B.

  When to take matula tea?

  Also, should I take mastic gum as well?

  Regarding femotidine, does it contraindicate mastic gum? If not, how long should I wait between the two.

  I tried gastromend, but I can’t tolertate on an empty stomach.

  I am stuck in a cycle where HP is still there and so reactive gastritis. I can’t take a HCL supplement due to these conditions and if I have protein, it’s heavy on the stomach. Fish is high histamine and so is lentil

   the company making Matula tea recommends taking it on empty stomach; 30 mins before meals or 2 hours after a meal.
