I was poisoned by food and then I lost my appetite. I tried to take some medicines such as charcoal and black walnut, but I never got better.

    Hi
    – when did the food poisoning happen? What symptoms did you experience when it happened? And what symptoms are you currently still experiencing?

A week ago, I ate legumes with hot sauce. They stay in the refrigerator for a week. At the same time, I had upper stomach pain and diarrhea, now I don’t feel any pain but I couldn’t eat the same before.

did you go see a doctor to get a stool test done to see what type of pathogen it is (viral, bacterial, parasitic)?

If not, I would personally do a parasite cleanse just for safe assurance. Here’s a video with my favorite parasite cleanse products from the Gut Health Masterclass course.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Since the beginning of the year, I have taken several medications from Cellcore, but I had a strong urinary infection and stopped all the supplements

then you likely have to work on supporting your elimination pathways first. Did you become constipated with the CellCore supplements? They’re rarely my first go-to choice. Only once I know a client has opened up their pathways and completed a gentler parasite cleanse (like Renew Life’s ParaSmart cleanse for example), do I put them on CellCore’s supplement line.

And before any parasite cleansing, I always prioritize the main digestive players first; stomach acid, bile flow, and enzymes.

And if the biliary tract is congested, I start with that first. Have you ever measured your Total and Direct bilirubin? I’m curious to know your levels.

    Hi Dear,

When I use Cellcore supplements, I got constipated and had a headache all the time, then a urine infection, then I was afraid to go back to it again to use it. I used Para 1 and got constipated. Is this from the stomach and indigestion now I use (Betaine HCL 648mg).

Digestive enzymes don’t suit me cause stomach ache.

this confirms that you need to work on supporting the digestive players first. I rarely have my clients start with a cleanse before doing some foundational work on digestion first.

Have you had a chance to watch any of the videos in the Gut Health Masterclass?

Can you share the gut symptoms you experience please. Better yet, please take my Gut Health quiz and let me know what your score is please. This will help me guide you better in terms of the type of digestive support or tests you should consider.

And you didn’t share. Have you ever measured your Total and Direct bilirubin? I’m curious to know your levels.

My result is the upper gastrointestinal (GI) tract indicating stomach and pancreas.
    I need suitable supplements please:
    betaine hcl with pepsin.
    digestive enzymes
    Digestive bitterness

ok good, glad you took the quiz. So before jumping to supplements, let’s help you figure out why upper GI is needing support.

First, digestion begins in the brain. Are you practicing good eating hygiene (here’s a handout)? Eating slowly, calmly, chewing thoroughly, away from phones and distractions? If you prefer a short video, you can watch this video which explains this simple but powerful starting point for better digestion.

I also recommend you watch this video to help you figure out why you might have low stomach acid which leads to Upper GI symptoms. Have you ever tested to see if you have an H Pylori overgrowth? Is it from low thyroid function? Is it chronic stress? Low zinc or B1?… please watch that video and let me know which root cause(s) you feel are at play in your situation so I can guide you on the next step.
