Vitamin A
Posted by naslam1603 on May 31, 2023 at 8:21 pmHi B. & Daniel,
I received today seeking health Vitamin A. Should I follow the dosage on the bottle or increase it and with food?

Hey ,
Are you still using other vitamin A supplements? If so, you need to correct the dosage accordingly for it. I wouldn’t advise you to take more than 10.000 IU of vitamin A in total. If you are eating liver on a regular basis you will need to include this in your calculation.
To boost the immune system you can for sure use the protocol in this handout.
Vitamin A is fat-soluble, which means it will get better absorbed with food. Especially when the meals contain some fat.
I hope this helps!

Hi Daniel,
I’m not taking any other vitamin A supplement. This bottle says 1500mcg. I’m not taking liver.

Good afternoon Daniel.
Does fish liver oil contain Vitamin A? I take this.

Hopefully, I won’t be increasing the dosage

Hi Daniel, is it OK to drop the vitamin a drop into my porridge. It does have two table spoons of coconut oil. I also have a boiled egg in the morning with the porridge as a matter of course.

Hey ,
Fish liver oil supplements, such as cod liver oil, contain EPA and DHA, and they probably also contain vitamins A and D. The amounts can vary from product to product.
I can’t tell from this website if it is a fish liver oil product, however, it doesn’t contain vitamin A!
