    Hi B. & Daniel,

I currently take a prokinetic called prucalopride (prescribed by my GP) and just received another prokinetic called motity activator as the former isn’t helping on it’s own.

Can I take both as I take the former with my meal in the evening.

If yes, when is the best way to take motility activator and when?

Regarding, prucalopride which I take with supplements. Is this OK?

Hi – regarding Prucalopride, it’s best to ask your doctor that question as it is not within our scope to make specific recommendations about medications.

Regarding Motility Activator, is this the one you’re referring to by Integrative Therapeutics? Did your doctor recommend this or was it self-prescribed?

    Hi B.,

Regarding prucalopride, I will check with my GI consultant.

Motility activator was self prescribed as it doesn’t say on the bottle.

for Motility Activator, the directions on their website states: Adults take 1 capsule twice daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Since you’re already taking prescription medication for motility, it’s best to consult your doctor about adding this one in as well.

Have you been through the Constipation Relief program yet?

I will check with the GI consultant on July 19th when I see him whether it’s advisable to take both

Regarding, the motility activator , it doesn’t say with or without meal. I will not take it.

I saw your questionnaire in the program and will go through it.
