Pans
Hi B. & Daniel,I have come across an iron pan by “Lodge” which is very reasonably priced, but will purchase one.
However, at the moment, I am still sauteing and simmering the vegetables in a standard pan and not sure whether I should simmer in an iron pan as well.
If not, what are type of pan should I purchase as an addition. I was trying to find your right up from a while back on pans.
