Hi Sheetal,
I personally use Lucy bee fair trade extra virgin coconut organic raw oil in the UK. It should be available in your local Waitrose supermarket or maybe health stores.
As for almond milk, look for both Plenish or Rude health brands which again should be available in Waitrose or health stores. These two brands have minimum ingredients and no artificial preservatives or additives. Plenish almond milk is unsweetened.
I personally don’t drink almond milk due to histamine issues, but do drink coconut milk.
I understand Waitrose is a little on the pricey side, so please do look around in other supermarkets or health stores.
Good luck.

Hi Sheetal,
As Naveed mentioned, Rude Health and Plenish are both great brands. You will find them at Spinney’s or Waitrose. There is also another brand called Innocent that has a variety of vegan milk, you will find them in the refrigerator section of Spinney’s/Waitrose.
Hope this helps. 🙂

Hi – I agree with our members. Plenish and Rude Health offer 2 ingredient almond milk and they’re available in the UAE. I’ve tried Plenish (they come in many nut varieties too) and they’re available at Park ‘n Shop.
If you’d like to make your own, it’s really easy. I share a recipe for that in the resource library under Recipes>Beverages & Fermented Foods
What do you use your cooking oils for? Sauteeing? High heat cooking? Baking? Frying?

Thank You, Naveed, Mariam and B. I am aware of Rude health but no Plenish, will check in at park n shop store. I use to use innocent but dont know why they are unavaible since the past few months.
Thank you Naveed for the oil recommendation, will look into that.
Any recommendations of oil for high heat cooking oil apart from ghee, coconut or groundnut or sesame oil ? -
I would not recommend groundnut or sesame oil for high heat cooking as they are predominantly polyunsaturated fatty acids which are prone to oxidative damage at high heat. Saturated fatty acids can withstand heat better and would be better choices. You can see our cooking oil handout here.
The exception to the rule is extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil. The high levels of antioxidants in olive oil can help offset the damage caused by heat, and avocado oil has a high heating point despite being unsaturated.
