    I started a detox supplement, and I did all the necessary instructions for that after reviewing the lessons offered, and I ordered Cellcore supplements because they are the best. The important thing is to make sure that the detox fees are open. What do you suggest I do? Do you advise me to do the sauna? I found this brand for home use. What do you think of it?

     please watch this video where I share suggestions on the different types of support for opening the different elimination pathways. You don’t have to do all of them, but instead focus on the ones that are weaker for you. For example, if you don’t exercise and sweat regularly, then yes, a sauna can be a helpful tool.

    We have a discount code for B Better members on that Higher Dose sauna blanket you linked above. A client of mine however bought it and ended up returning it because she didn’t feel it gave enough heat to induce a good sweat. My preference is still the Therasage.     Is this sauna device safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

     sauna use is generally NOT recommended during pregnancy, as the temperature increase can harm the fetus. 

    However, there is no clear consensus on sauna use while nursing and I’m assuming it’s because it depends on various factors like the type of sauna (traditional vs infrared), the temperature and duration. The risks of course to be aware of are dehydration and the timing of breastfeeding since sweating helps excrete toxins which can end up in breast milk. So the general guideline is to breastfeed before sauna use or at least 2 hours after sauna use.

    Always check with your doctor for your unique case, and always err on the side of caution when it comes to you or your baby’s health.

    Hey @,

    In addition to Bernadette’s excellent suggestions, I would like to add that having well-formed bowel movements at least once per day (preferably 2-3 times per day) and drinking enough water are simple and powerful basics to optimize opening the drains.

    All the other options in the movie Bernadette mentioned are powerful as well but in order of operations: if these basics aren’t right, optimizing these would be on top of my priority list.
