I was going through difficult events and was stressed all the time until I felt very depressed, and now I get my period twice a month.
Currently, I am treating a doctor to reduce stress levels in ways without medications.
Baelo Diet I did a thorough check up and everything was fine.
But I feel tired and sleepy all the time and have bone pain.
Knowing that I have an underactive thyroid gland and celiac disease.

prioritizing stress reduction and finding ways to help your body feel “safe” on a daily basis is going to be key!
Please watch this video on how stress can impact thyroid function. We need good thyroid function for good energy. If the stress you’ve been under has become chronic, and adrenal output is decreasing cortisol production (on purpose for survival!), that can also increase pain in the body since cortisol is anti-inflammatory.
The same dynamics caused by stress and low thyroid function can also lead to sex hormone imbalance and more frequent periods – so they’re all connected! But there could be other reasons as well, and I’d need more information from you to help rules these out like:
-PCOS/insulin resistance – have these been checked?
-perimenopause (natural ageing process) – your age please?
-adenomyosis/polyps/fibroids – have these been ruled out by your doc?What have you been doing to address the underactive thyroid and I’m assuming you’re already fully gluten-free correct?
You mentioned that you’re working with a doctor to manage stress. May I know what therapies you’re implementing? I can also suggest watching this video here on healing modalities. I recently underwent complete tests for polycystic cysts and insulin resistance, and they were completely normal.
