Oh, amazing post. I would also be interested to know some good brands or places where we could find right quality cooking pots! I have been looking for a bigger broth pot but very difficult to find anything even with ceramic quoting. Everything in the shops are granite or titanium.

I know you’re both asking for a locally available brand, but my preference is still Xtrema cookware and they deliver worldwide. I’ve had my set for well over 15 years and they still look brand new. Downside is they’re heavy and fragile, so if it was knocked hard or dropped, it would chip or break.
The only other brand I know of that claims to be PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, cadmium and lead free in Dubai is GreenPan at Lakeland. However, there was a lawsuit in 2020 for false advertising claiming they are “toxin free”, when their Thermolon™’ coating, which is applied to every GreenPan Product, contains other known toxins. Here’s an article on that if you want to read more about it.
Anytime something is “non-stick” you have to wonder what materials are being used.
This is why my preference is still Xtrema. They get 3rd party certification testing, and as I said before, I’ve had mine for over 15 years now and still happy with them.
I will be exploring a new stainless steel frying pan in stores, so will let you know if I decide on one. Stainless steel is made of chromium and nickel, so not ideal if someone has a nickel allergy.

Hello! Thank you for the above. What about cast iron pans? Would you recommend them and what would be the best one?

I do like cast iron pans, especially for those who tend to need more iron in their diets. Please watch this video from the Mineral Balance course on how to correct an iron deficiency.
I like the Field Company brand and Lodge is another good one, but Lodge initially seasons their pans with vegetable oil, which isn’t ideal, but after the first use, you can then re-season it with a better oil.

I should add, I like them but not necessarily for everyday use unless there’s a need to provide additional iron support.
