    Hi B. & Daniel,

I’ve been asked to have this blood test for Lyme disease based on my answers to two questionaires I completed a fortnight ago.

    Borrelia Elispot

    Chlamydia pneumoniae Elispot

    Mycoplasma pneumoniae Elispot

EBV Elispot (2 antigens: lytic + latent)

CMV Elispot (2 antigens: lytic + latent)

    Coxsackievirus A7 + B1 IgG/IgA antibodies

    Echovirus IgG/IgA/IgM antibodies

These look more than just Lyme disease to me.

Which one is actual Lyme disease marker?

@naslam1603 – yes, you’re right – that’s more than just Lyme alone. The Borrelia Elispot is the actual test for Lyme disease.

The others are other co-infections that can either coexist with Lyme or trigger similar immune responses which is why it’s a good idea to test them together.

      Thank you, B.

Tomorrow, I’ll upload the forms I needed to complete before Dr. Lulsegged selected the blood test markers for Lyme and others. He also wants me to have a mitochondrial test, which includes a blood test.

This is the lab that performs both the Lyme and mitochondrial test:

Hi @naslam1603 – yes, it’s Armin Labs that will be testing for Lyme and co-infections specifically. I saw the lab listed on the website you shared.
