I wanted to ask you what time of day do you take it and do you drop the drops under the tongue or on it.
Also, will it get absorbed whilst eating as the emulsion covers my entire tongue.

I wake up in the morning with a lot of joint pain in the fingers. I’ve also lost alot of leg and arm hair.
Not sure what is going on. It’s been about fours years, way before I joined your program.

I noticed I have high oxalic acid and glycolic acid markers in my OATS test, coupled with a low eGFR (kidney marker) and high Uric acid is a worry.
