Thank you , B! We have been here for the last 3 years and have been facing same issues .

Can you share the private diagnostic places at Toronto? I live in Mississauga. I am planning to go to sickkids ER . But if it doesn’t work , I am ready to pay as well.

    Thank you!!

Hi Mrs. B- after Sunday she complained of pain this morning again right after getting up . this morning she also said it feels like paining during deep breaths.

So I took her to see the physician . She said it doesn’t look muscular, lung related nor costochondritis as she can’t feel any rib inflammation. As my daughter had fever a month back when we visited India and it was like a week she said she wanted to rule out heart wall inflammation. So she has given referral to pediatric cardiologist. She said an echo is needed and only cardiologist can do that. I don’t know how to wait and watch when it comes to kids . Is there anyway we can get anything done in canada faster? Or should I do anything else?

Also she said no blood work is needed and won’t give one . 🙁

    Thank you in advance .

Thank you so much. I feel a lot relived . I think it became hard for me to understand or handle for something as sensitive as chest .

She goes to gymnastics class once a week for 1.5 hours . But tries on her own at times at home. So even though it is not too much , it is possible .

Food wise.. it is pretty decent.. fast food is almost non existent . And they eat fruits and vegetables everyday .

Regarding dehydration- may be mildly possibly. But not really a lot . I will keep an eye on that though.

I have the BP monitor that fits adult size. So should I get any kids size ?

Also no blood work was done .

    Thanks

thank you Daniel for the detailed answer.

This was the only imaging done and no other blood work are done., I am seeing my doc tomorrow with these results
    1) I am not on much supplements. Was on omega 3
    2) I was on pantaparazole for a couple of weeks in June as I had severe acid reflux and then I started Ayurvedic medicines from India and on them for the last 1 month
    3) my vit d levels are low and I am not even regular in supplements of vit d . I use vit d+ k2 combo from Atheletic greens
    4) the Physio used therapeutic ultra sound , kneading therapy on neck, tens/ ems.
    5) I felt very painful during the kneading and it felt a bit uncomfortable after the session . That night there was severe pain while moving arm in sleep.. next two days there was a lot of pain on movement and the range was restricted. Third day couldn’t move one inch any direction and excruciating pain after that

    5) my last labs were from July and there wasnt much discussed

I am also running mild temp from yesterday like 100-100.5 c . Not sure if it is a separate infection.

Can you please advise me what all blood work should I ask him when I meet tommorrow

    Thanks

I also want to mention that , back in 2020 , I had severe episode of acute gastritis.. I got severe stomach pain unable to even walk kind of pain after every meal for 2 weeks . I was in States then. Met a gastro and he did endoscopy and found acute gastritis. That pain is different from what I am going through now . This is very new

sure. I will start filling up from tomorrow .

With the pain – the pain is not burning . It is more of gnawing pain .. extreme discomfort. It start immediately after eating and sometimes is there for more than couple of hours. I feel better with no eating.. as soon as I eat my right upper back and the liver area starts paining too..mildly.. and there is a constant metallic/weird taste in my mouth all the time.. it gets better if I eat something.. but it comes back in no time.. there is a mild irritation on my throat too.. is the pain different with different food? May be .. but I will note more that and will confirm.. this pain / discomfort reduced when I was taking ppi

I am assuming they did hpylori when they did gastroscopy yesterday. I will wait for those results .

I will work on food journaling.. but honestly, my food habits are pretty much clean as I generally cant handle fatty spicy stuff.. after this episode of stomach issue started, my food intake has lowered so much ..

also I noted that recent days I am stinking a bit more underarms than normal.. I don’t know if it has anything to do with this liver dysfunction .

What can I do right away to ease the stomach pain/discomfort /breathlessness especially after eating. Any food supplements that can help. I am sorry to ask so many questions. I just kind of feeling lost and overwhelmed with all these symptoms

Thank you much for responding, B!! I stay in Ontario. A suburb of Toronto. So , I guess this will work for me.

With regards to insulin resistance, yes I am diagnosed as pre diabetic. I had hba1c as 6 an year back .

Let me look it it the videos. How do we find the cause for the bile reflux? Do we need any scans to check for any obstruction? Is there any other supplements that I can take ?

I am already diagnosed for GERD and moderate chronic gastritis .

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

thank you for your thoughts. The cuff is adjustable, so I think that was okay. I will look into the link. I have the digital one. Should I switch to manual bp apparatus?

Her Bp and symptoms this time seems unrelated to periods as she is not on now. She just complained of stomach pain and that is improving now after 2 days.. so my assumption is stomach bug caused the low bp ? Is that even a possibility? But resting and fluids have improved it for now.

I am yet to do her blood work that covers quite a bunch of things . Will update once I get the test done and get results. Will also start her on Vit D, zinc supplements. She is vegetarian but eggs . However she is not a picky eater. I will also include vit C Rich foods and supplements and monitor . Thank you for your response .

    Regards,
