Hi B, after the summer I had signs and symptoms for fat malabsorption, I could see it in my stool, but also on my chin, I started breaking out. So I started taking digestive enzymes (containing lipase and ox bile) and Tudca. Chin acne improved. I regularly do castor oil packs as well as CE.

I received my test results and I would like to share with you my my findings:
-Gut Dysbiosis
-Leaky Gut
-Fat Malabsorption
-Protozoa Parasites detected (tho considered non-pathogenic)
Plan:
Address dysbiosis/overgrowth with liquid Biosidin (acts as biofilm disrupter too) 6-8 weeks
Support fat digestion and digestion in general with Ox bile…

Hi B and Daniel,
Can you please explain to me the results. So, I am iodine deficient. What are optimal levels? Do I need to worry about the low creatinine? Low muscle mass? Or too hydrated? Test was done mid day. Thyroid?
Later this week I have my blood test will look out for kidney markers.

I have already given her a list of markers to test, because from the symptoms she described, I suspect some blood sugar issues, gut issues, lack of HCL and due to bc for sure vitamins/minerals.
