what is then the best approach to keep levels optimal during luteal phase? And why then is it that we need more carbs during this period?

Here are my thoughts / updates:
My workouts are at 8am, I leave the house at 7 for school drop off, and I have usually my collagen powder and date with nuts or fruit with nuts. My glucose levels are good during the 1 hr strength training. Some days it dropped below 70 during cardio after the training ( incline walking).
This week I will have a protein shake before training, which I am sure will do the trick.
As for the glucose drop during sleep: during the weekend I had later dinners and also carb richer and levels did NOT drop below 70!
In general I sleep through the night and do not experience any of the symptoms you mentioned, but will for sure test this coming week more with my diet to find a way to keep levels in optimal range!
Last week I was in my last week of luteal phase. And now I am on my follicular phase. I on purpose chose these 2 weeks to see also if any major difference.
So far my biggest takeaways : protein is the most important key factor in keeping the levels from spikes! Walks after meals drop levels by almost 50%, I love love love the fact that you guys teach us the best

    Keep these coming Daniel!
Often we fixate so much on our physical health and to improve it, that we forget what huge role our mental health plays in it and vise versa….
    Thank you

Does this fall into the mental / emotional part of healing!? It is by far the hardest one for me. Reading the list of manipulative techniques , I sure had to take a deep breath because some of them I see in myself when I can not cope with a situation or something is too overwhelming …. Lots of work to do. Thank you for doing this

Sadly story of my life, well the past 5ish years. I passionately follow this lifestyle, however one wants to call it, but I felt quite alone on this path. So grateful for this platform and for both of you allowing us to get together and share!

I just compared your notes with mine and happy to report I am learning the right way! From your notes I learnt in addition about macrocytic anemia, which is the case with me from what I can from my last blood test, low RBC and Hemoglobin but high MCV.
Thank you for explaining everything in easy English!

Hi Mohamed, I just read your question. I know you will get an detailed response from Bernadette/ Daniel. But when I think of skin issues, I think of the liver. Specifically liver and bile ducts.
You can google “drainage funnel”. And make sure that before any detox all your pathways are open.
Else the toxins will recirculate in the body.
In general you should be able to sweat daily, go 2-3 times daily, hydrate, sleep hygiene, and support liver, kidney.

    thank for checking in
I had planned to do a second round of full moon cleanse, ended up doing a 20 days cleanse due to symptoms coming back
Today is actually my first day off. It went very very well and I had visible proof of the suckers every single day. I know preferably I should have continued to get the full life cycle but it takes a lot of energy and perseverance. It’s really a full time job if you consider all the extra work you do other than popping pills such as sauna, castor oil packs, coffee enemas, etc
But I am grateful I got through without herxing.
Let the next full moon come

    Hi Angela,
Very exited for you to approach this path!
I myself was fascinated by functional medicine when I started working with Bernadette years ago and it might sound funny to some, but it literally makes me happy to learn every day!
Send me a private message and we can have a chat
    You go girl
