I’ve seen a lot of people using castor oil in their belly buttons before bedtime and placing a sticker on top. They say it helps with bloating and regulating their cycles, is it generally safe to do this while nursing for most people? Or is it still a form of detoxing and should be avoided?

I do have acid reflux and often have strange stomach pains. Thank you so much. No reason for suspecting b vitamin deficiency expect for my dad had the same issue and his cleared up while taking nutritional yeast, besides that I am not sure at all.
