Is there a way to fix varicose veins? I have them on my lower leg, in one area, and only my right leg. Sometimes the area hurts or itches. I’m seeing some new ones today on the inner side of my knee.

Thanks B! My husband did a dermatology fellowship and said it’s nothing. Honestly, whenever we ask pediatricians anything they always say it’s nothing unless the child is in pain. That’s just the health care system I’ve experienced and keep experiencing unfortunately 🙁 .

Thank you so much for the information. I mentioned in the post it was for my brother, he’s who I’ve mentioned before, he’s healing his mental health/mold toxicity / and other things related health issues. He isn’t on board for eating 30 G meat with every meal, so we figured sometimes he can have a shake!

I noticed my son has white patches on his cheeks. It isn’t textured and almost blends with his skin besides the fact that he has a slight loss of pigmentation in those areas. Why is this happening and how can I help him. Thank you!

Wanting more full protein options besides meat
Hi B and Team,
I want to start adding more non-meat food options to our meals. All we eat is meat and rice, or bread, and some veggie on occasion. We feel like meat is just too heavy for our bodies so frequently. Is there a good place to buy bulk beans? Or good brands we trust?
Also, what is the best way to avoid the “yucky” components of beans…
