So true. I am explaining the same to my niece that is a new mom first time and baby girl a week old.
Questions:
Is it true that baby can get gas pain from mom if she does not eat on time or if she skip meals? Or even what the mom eat?
Does this cross the blood brain barrier (gas)?

So in addition I am aware that the pathways for illuminate are via sweating, pooping etc.
B any recommendations on emptying the colon. As I am feeling backed up, even though I go out twice for the day. Apart from things high in fiber, plenty water etc.
